EPA Grants Exemption to BYK USA Inc. for Pesticide Ingredient

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to BYK USA Inc. from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of a specific pesticide ingredient, allowing it to be used in chemical formulations without establishing a maximum permissible level on food or feed commodities.
