US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Anti-Dumping Duty Liability for Chinese Solar Cells

The US Department of Commerce has initiated a changed circumstance review of the antidumping duty order on Chinese solar cells, following a request from Neo Solar Power Corporation, DelSolar Co., Ltd., and DelSolar (Wujiang) Ltd., and has preliminarily determined that Neo Solar is not liable for antidumping duty in this proceeding.
