EPA Reopens Comment Period on Regional Consistency Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the comment period on its proposed revisions to the Regional Consistency regulations, following a request from 16 trade and business organizations for additional time to review and comment on the proposed rule changes.
