NMFS Approves Exempted Fishing Permit Application for Winter Flounder Study

The Assistant Regional Administrator for Sustainable Fisheries, Greater Atlantic Region, NMFS, has approved an Exempted Fishing Permit application that allows commercial fishing vessels to fish outside of limited access sea scallop regulations in support of a study on coastal spawning of winter flounder in Southern New England.
