Caribbean Fishery Management Council to Modify Accountability Measure Closures

The Caribbean Fishery Management Council is considering changes to its accountability measure closures in the Exclusive Economic Zone to ensure the closures achieve conservation objectives at the least cost to fishermen and communities, in line with the Magnuson-Stevens Act.
