EPA Proposes Approval of Washington State's Ozone Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is set to approve the State of Washington's submittal, which addresses the Clean Air Act's requirement to prohibit emissions that contribute to nonattainment or interfere with the 2008 ozone NAAQS in other states, following a May 11, 2015, submission to the EPA.
