EPA Proposes Approval of Oregon's Plan to Reduce Ozone Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is set to approve Oregon's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for reducing ozone emissions, which contribute to nonattainment of the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) in other states, following a submittal made by the State of Oregon on June 28, 2010.
