EPA Proposes Revision to Minnesota Visibility Federal Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to revise the Minnesota Federal implementation plan (FIP) for visibility, to establish emission limits for Northern States Power Company's (NSP's) Sherburne County Generating Station (Sherco), following a settlement agreement with environmental groups and the Department of Interior (DOI)
