BATS Y-Exchange, Inc. Proposes Rule Change to Retail Price Improvement Program

BATS Y-Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the Self-Regulatory Organizations to amend Rule 11.24, the Retail Price Improvement Program, which aims to improve retail prices for investors. The proposed rule change is effective immediately.
