EPA to Accept Grant Funding Requests for State and Tribal Response Programs under CERCLA for FY2016

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will accept grant funding requests from December 1, 2015, through January 31, 2016, to support the establishment and enhancement of State and Tribal Response Programs under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA). The funding aims to increase response capacity and provide additional support for state and tribal programs, with a maximum grant amount of $1.0 million per state or tribe for fiscal year 2016.
