Commodity Futures Trading Commission Extends Public Comment Period for Information Collections Under the Dodd-Frank Act

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is seeking public comment on the extension of two information collections, including a report on Derivatives Clearing Organization General Provisions and Core Principles regulations, and a Subpart C Election Form, for 60 days as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
