US Department of Commerce Publishes Final Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review for Certain Pasta from Italy
The US Department of Commerce has confirmed that La Molisana S.p.A. is not the successor-in-interest to La Molisana Industrie Alimentari, S.p.A. in the antidumping duty order on certain pasta from Italy, following comments from interested parties and an analysis of the situation.
