VA Proposes Reconfiguration of Health Care Services, Releases Draft Environmental Impact Statement

The US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has released a draft environmental impact statement (EIS) for a proposed reconfiguration of health care services throughout the 100,000-square mile VA Black Hills Health Care System (BHHCS) service area, aiming to improve geographic access to care for veterans.
