SteelRiver Infrastructure Fund North America LP, SteelRiver Devco Holdings LLC, and SR Transportation Holdings LLC have been granted a control exemption by the Surface Transportation Board to acquire control of Georgia Northeastern Railroad Company, Inc. and Blue Ridge Scenic Excursions, Inc.
