DoD Proposes New System to Handle Personnel Security Breach Notification and Mitigation Services

The Department of Defense is proposing a new system of records to provide notification and breach mitigation services to individuals affected by a recent breach of information in the Office of Personnel Management background investigation databases, in partnership with the Office of Personnel Management.
