U.S. Congress Delegates Certain Functions to the Secretary of State Regarding Iran and Syria Sanctions

The U.S. Congress has delegated certain functions and authorities under Section 213(b)(1) of the Iran Threat Reduction and Syria Human Rights Act of 2012 to the Secretary of State, allowing for more efficient enforcement of sanctions against Iran and Syria.
