PHMSA Proposes to Terminate Explosive Approvals Due to Non-Compliance

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has proposed to terminate explosive approvals listed in a special provision, following non-response from approval holders to a notice sent in October 2014.
