HHS Updates System of Records for Financial Management

The Department of Health and Human Services is updating its Unified Financial Management System, which tracks accounts payable and receivable records, to align with the Privacy Act of 1974 and narrow its scope to exclude collection of overdue debts, as per the new system's name change and updated records locations.
