Magnuson-Stevens Act Provisions; Fisheries Off West Coast States; Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery; 2015-2016 Biennial Specifications and Management Measures; Inseason Adjustments

The final rule makes inseason adjustments to the Pacific Coast groundfish fisheries management plan to balance access to abundant groundfish stocks with protection of overfished and depleted stocks, as authorized by the Magnuson-Stevens Act.
