EPA Proposes Approval of Revised New Mexico State Implementation Plan for Regional Haze

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing approval of a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of New Mexico, which outlines progress toward reducing regional haze pollution in the state. The revised plan meets requirements of the Clean Air Act and the EPA's rules for reporting progress toward reasonable progress goals.
