BATS Y-Exchange, Inc. Seeks to Update Rule Regarding Employee Gifts and Gratuities

BATS Y-Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the Self-Regulatory Organizations to amend Rule 3.22, which deals with gifts and gratuities in relation to an employee's business dealings, and rename the rule to 'Influencing or Rewarding Employees of Others'. The proposed rule change is effective immediately.
