New York City Permit Requirements for Transportation of Certain Hazardous Materials Extended for Comments

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is extending the public comment period for the American Trucking Associations, Inc. (ATA) application regarding the New York City Fire Department's permit requirements for transporting hazardous materials through New York City or for transshipment from the city, as well as the associated permit fee.
