NMFS Announces Plans to Issue Permits for Atlantic Highly Migratory Species

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is set to issue permits for the collection of Atlantic highly migratory species (HMS) in 2016, including Exempted Fishing Permits, Scientific Research Permits, and Chartering Permits, for scientific data collection, bycatch research, and public display.
