Public Information, Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act Regulations Amendment

The Department of Commerce has amended its Privacy Act regulations to add a new system of records, COMMERCE/DEPT-25, which is related to access control and identity management. This change helps the Department comply with the Privacy Act's requirement to identify records exempted from certain provisions.
