EPA Proposes Approval of Tennessee State Implementation Plan Changes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve changes to the Tennessee state implementation plan (SIP) that require certain sources in Knox County, Tennessee, to report actual emissions of volatile organic compounds and oxides of nitrogen to the County Department annually, as part of the State of Tennessee's SIP-approved emissions statement requirements.
