Melamine From Trinidad and Tobago: Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination

The US Department of Commerce has found that companies from Trinidad and Tobago are receiving subsidies to produce and export melamine, a key chemical used in plastics, and will impose countervailing duties to level the playing field for US manufacturers.
