BAE Systems Proposes Airworthiness Directive for BAE 146 and Avro 146-RJ Airplanes

BAE Systems (Operations) Limited is proposing an airworthiness directive to replace nose landing gear main fittings on its BAe 146 and Avro 146-RJ models due to cracking issues and a lack of a mandated safe-life limitation, in order to prevent potential loss of control and damage to the aircraft.
