EPA Approves Revisions to New Mexico State Implementation Plan for Albuquerque-Bernalillo County

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving revisions to the New Mexico State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the City of Albuquerque-Bernalillo County, updating the major Nonattainment New Source Review (NNSR) permit program. This approval is based on section 110 and part D of the Clean Air Act (CAA or the Act).
