Navy Announces Intent to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Hawaii-Southern California Training and Testing

The US Department of the Navy is planning to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement to assess the potential environmental effects of its military readiness activities in the Hawaii-Southern California Training and Testing area, which includes several locations in Southern California and Hawaii.
