NIOSH to Evaluate Petition for Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation

The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has announced its decision to review a petition to include employees from the Battelle King Avenue site in Columbus, Ohio, in the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000.
