National Cancer Institute Grants Exclusive Patent License for Cancer Detection Tests

The National Cancer Institute is proposing a modification to its previous notice regarding the grant of an exclusive patent license to practice the inventions embodied in U.S. Patents and Patent Applications, to Beacon Biomedical, Inc., a company based in Scottsdale, AZ, USA, for the development of Cripto-1 Point of Care (POC) tests and kits for cancer detection.
