US Department of Health and Human Services to Take Over Independent Living Services and Centers for Independent Living Programs

The Department of Health and Human Services will implement the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, which transferred Independent Living Services and Centers for Independent Living programs from the Department of Education to HHS, consolidating regulations and providing guidance to grantees
