EPA Approves Arizona State Implementation Plan to Phase Out Stage II Vapor Recovery Equipment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a state implementation plan revision in Arizona to eliminate the requirement for Stage II vapor recovery equipment at new gasoline stations in the Phoenix-Mesa area, with a phased removal of existing equipment to be completed by September 2018.
