DoD Proposes Changes to Track Certification of Sexual Assault Advocates

The Office of the Secretary of Defense is proposing to modify its records system to monitor the certification of Defense Sexual Assault Response Coordinators (SARC) and Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) VAs, with the goal of reporting their status to Congress.
