FERC Accepts Preliminary Permit Application for Hydropower Project

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has accepted a preliminary permit application from Jordan Whittaker for a hydropower project. The commission is now soliciting comments, motions to intervene, and competing applications from other parties.
