California Air Resources Board Requests EPA Authorization for 2011 TRU Amendments

The California Air Resources Board has notified the Environmental Protection Agency that it has adopted amendments to its In-Use Diesel-Fueled Transport Refrigeration Units regulation, seeking confirmation that these amendments are within the scope of prior authorizations or merit full authorization, and requesting a public hearing and written comment.
