NMFS Receives Application for Anadromous Fish Enhancement Permit and Proposed Safe Harbor Agreement

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has received an application for a new survival permit and a request to join a proposed safe harbor agreement with the agency, aimed at promoting the recovery of endangered species listed under the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
