BASF Corporation Seeks Exemption from Tolerance Requirement for Pesticide Ingredient

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to BASF Corporation from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of a specific pesticide ingredient, allowing the company to use it in its formulations without establishing a maximum permissible level on food or feed commodities.
