HUD to Enforce Equal Access Rule in Community Planning and Development Programs

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will ensure that its programs provide equal access to housing regardless of an individual's gender identity, in line with the Equal Access Rule promulgated in 2012.
