DoD Proposes Update to DFARS Duty-Free Entry Threshold

The US Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to update the duty-free entry threshold for foreign supplies in the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), which would affect the importation of goods from non-qualifying countries.
