EPA Withdraws Significant New Use Rules for Three Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn significant new use rules (SNURs) for three chemical substances, following receipt of adverse comments regarding the rules, which were originally published under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
