EPA Proposes Approval of Air Quality Implementation Plans for Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve State Implementation Plan (SIP) submissions from Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota, ensuring that air emissions in these states do not significantly contribute to nonattainment of the 2008 8-hour ozone NAAQS in other states.
