FAA Corrects Error in Class E Airspace Rule at Newberry VOR/DME

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has corrected an error in the legal description of a final rule published in the Federal Register on September 24, 2015, which established Class E airspace at the Newberry VOR/DME in Newberry, Michigan. The correction removes exclusionary language that was not required for this airspace.
