EPA Proposes to Disapprove California Air Quality Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to disapprove revisions to the South Coast Air Quality Management District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, which regulates vehicle scrapping, employee trip reduction, and hearing board procedures, under the Clean Air Act.
