EPA Approves Maine's State Implementation Plan Revision, Repeals General Conformity Provision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to Maine's State Implementation Plan, removing a provision that required conformity with federal actions, and will maintain federal general conformity provisions to ensure compliance with the Clean Air Act.
