Turbomeca S.A. Proposes Supersession of Airworthiness Directive for Turmo IV A and IV C Turboshaft Engines

Turbomeca S.A. is proposing to revise Airworthiness Directive AD 2006-23-17, which affects Turbomeca S.A. Turmo IV A and IV C turboshaft engines, to reduce inspection intervals and add replacement requirements for a centrifugal compressor component, in an effort to prevent engine failure and potential damage to aircraft.
