South Carolina Foreign-Trade Zone 38 Seeks Reorganization to Expand Service Area

The South Carolina General Assembly has approved an application by Foreign-Trade Zone 38-Spartanburg County, South Carolina, to reorganize its service area under the Alternative Site Framework, a program designed to promote economic development in the state.
