Environmental Impact Statement: Alexander, Pulaski, and Union Counties, Illinois

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a notice to inform the public that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared for the Shawnee Parkway Project in Alexander, Pulaski, and Union Counties, Illinois, as part of a recent proposal to improve infrastructure in the region.
