EPA Announces Final PSD Determinations for New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued final determinations regarding the Prevention of Significant Deterioration of Air Quality (PSD) regulations in New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, effective between April 16, 2014, and October 1, 2015.
