FMCSA Seeks Public Comment on New ICR for CMV Driver Medication Form

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is requesting public comment on a new information collection request (ICR) titled 391.41 CMV Driver Medication Form, which aims to improve communication between medical examiners and treating healthcare professionals regarding medications prescribed to commercial motor vehicle drivers. The ICR is voluntary and will help determine if drivers are medically qualified to operate CMVs safely.
